Shadowing4Success is a unique work-experience scheme, which runs over the school summer holidays, and which presents students with an outstanding opportunity to receive quality career mentoring during work-experience visits to a host of experienced employees (‘Shadowing Professionals’) working in a wide range of different professions and organisations (‘Shadowing Organisations’).
